There are treatments for this condition. She is 28 years old. Why didn't you take her to a gyno or nutritionist etc. years ago. She should be given help to alleviate these symptoms.

From time immemorial, all females go through periods after they touch puberty at the age of 13. You have already faced this situation for the last 15 years 12 times every year. Having endured all the past events and having come out of it gracefully, become bold and instead face it with more will because it actually cleanses the body and mind.

Not only face it confidantly but prepare to tell all young girls around you waiting to touch puberty that it's very easy to handle.

Mood swings and irrational reactions during the monthly period are quite common, although they do not occur with every woman and not in the same way.
Your daughter should see her doctor about this. Once a diagnosis is made, there are ways to make things easier for her and more bearable for her husband and other people around her.

Well yes we all do to some extent, but i think it would be nicer for her wellbeing to manage it a bit better. ? maybe go to the dr and get the pill? and even miss her period every so often. otherwise multi minerals are great. magnesium is a great calmer!!

LOL

I don't get that way....But I know lots of women do. Try telling her that she can get help for it by speaking with a doctor. There are prescriptions to help hormonal imbalances.

Best of luck to her and yourselves! :)
