It depends on how u take off your shirt.
There are 2 ways:
1. first pull out the sleeves out of your arms and then pull the shirt out of your head.
2.first free your head and then your arms from the sleeves

This is a great question. Most people actually have to think about this. Like if I asked what side of mouth do you chew on, or which shoe or sock goes on first? But I would have to say both. I cross my arms and grab the tail of my shirt pulling it off but by the time it clears my head the shirt is still around my wrists, but you said arms not wrists.....so its technically off.

Arms first from shirt. Don't have to pull head free unless I cannot get the buttons open.

If you're talking about a shirt with buttons then it has to be your arms as the normal practice is to unbutton it, pull each arm out and your free of the shirt without your head having to go through it at all. That is of course unless you're my little brother who never undoes his buttons in which case it'd be his head !!

Warning: Honesty I would say no. It sounds very contrived and jumbled. The word 'butt' throws me right away. 'Butt' just isn't sexy to me - what about tush or backside. Also, how exactly what she creating a seductive environment? What makes hands masculine exactly? So, the office that they're in stinks? 'Sucked the base of his neck' sounds a little vampire. 'Set her bosom free' is a bit corny - how about something like 'was showing him the curves of her natural form'? Perhaps breaking it up into some paragraphs (as others suggested) and editing for word redundancy would help (seductive x 2, unbuttoned x 2, bra x 3). Also, I have to concur on the name Jim. If you have a Nina, you need an Ethan or a Caleb or a Brad. Jim is just too ordinary. However, here's what I thought was tip-top: "through the grey of his hair". Excellent phase. Keep that. That is one of those descriptors that takes you right into the scene.
