There's no procedure to lighten skin THAT much! He has a skin disease. My grandmother had the same disease and ran around with a parasol and avoided the sun all the time. Michael Jackson has had plastic surgery, but mostly to his nose.

Maybe not, I did a search on-line if you have enough money I'm sure even better products and procedures are available. His Disease may be a symptom of what he has done to his skin. The melanin in his skin would protect him from the sun but if he lighten or treated himself to get lighter his melanin would no longer be there to protect him thus he would need to stay out of the sun.
They sell pills to lighten the skin! I'm sure there's much more out ther if you look it's not just topical creams. http://www.thienna.com/skincare.html

By being a freak and having money - he has some doctors to some very weird things to him just to try to be normal or white. Doctors did not do a good job. Bleaching his skin

He has vitiligo a skin condition which causes the skin to lose pigment and become white, it's an incurable disease and the only way to even out your skin tone is to bleach it, which he has done.

I think he has a skin disease called Vitiligo. I also think he has had to have some bleaching done to even out his skin tone. It is very sad and I think he has struggled with it since he started puberty...
