I had to laugh when I read all the answers you've received. Boy, do the feminists get upset about this! I couldn't believe the one citing the Bible to say that men and women are equal. They ARE equal but have different roles, and according to Titus 2, the woman's first role is to be a keeper at home.

The simple truth is, yes, women employees are inferior in alot of ways. Their heart is not at work, it is at home or with their children and this is natural. My husband is an engineer and works with a woman. She misses SO much work and she NEVER stays late when there are deadlines and she NEVER comes in on the weekends. The men in the office have to work extra hard to pull her extra weight and frankly, they resent it. I resent it as well because she is taking extra time I could have with my husband.

I take this question as a "provocation" and I do not believe that an answer is really required.
However, for the sake of the question, I could reply that women do are superior because they do twice as much as men do (work at the office, to support useless husbands and they keep the house and the family) + they give birth. On the other hand who said that women offer inferior quality of work? Don't you know where they really stand in Aeronautics, Army, Research and Education? If you don't, I suggest you ask and find out.
Apparently asking for the same salary is not fair; they should get twice as much!...
And I can also tell you this: women who care about their family and children -regardless of working or not- do raise good children with ethics, targets and prospectives!...

Ha! The saying in my office is," if you want to get something done today, ask a mother to do it".

Why? Because we all have to be out of the office by 5:30 p.m. every day. Daycare closes at 6.

Unlike the guys, who are able to take whole afternoons to play golf during a work day because, hey, "it's making business contacts".

More productive work force if we all stayed home? No.

I'm afraid I don't have the time to respond to the rest of your ridiculous assertions. I'm a working mom, much better things to do.

i just wanted to let you know that i have been every bit as (if not better than some) productive as a man and still have raised a good child that has never been in any trouble and still had time to come home and cook and wash dishes
i might be one in million in you r book but DO NOT categorize women to all be the same

Actually some woman want to stay at home. Others want to work or do both. //Women are not inferior but they are different and dont let feminsts say otherwise! Women and men need to care about each other--our differences united make us strong! Dont hate the opposite gender --we are all in this together. Upwards and onwards my fellow lovers of democracy

Wow you must need that extra reasurance that you are the MAN. I think that your intimadated and fearful that your woman will out shine you. (God watch over the woman you share your lame existance with.) Thus, putting a big fat dent in your manly ego.

You are with out a doubt a slime ball. A good example as to why it is I refuse to date men. Men like you would gag a maggot.

I hope you rot in hell!

They are not "inferior" to us. If you are in a jungle are you inferior to a tiger for you surely could not kill him without a really big gun.
Of course you are not, and of course women are not. If we were better men maybe they would want to do those things for us.

You are just trying to disturb the pond. Apologise to your mother, sister, auntie and the lady down the block and go play.

Not only do I work, but I do all the other stuff too so I think that makes me superior.

Actually men seem to waste so much of their effort, time and work worrying about their chauvinistic ideas, while women invest theirs succeeding and proving their positions in every career. So I really have no idea what you're talking about.

I think this question is discriminating. I won't waste my time discussing about this issue.

Mister, it is 2006 and there is what we call "gender equality" being implemented all around the world.
