Example being felt over by your cousins , brother or other family etc.
How do you deal with them when you meet them and they are family (after 20 years).

Hey ! I know what u mean. Be normal. Because, it seems u had not reported. So now, dont let others know.
But if they try 2 approach u know, I'm sure u know how to use ur knee.
Don't make the whole situation awkward for the whole family, but do keep a watch, if they were behaving like that as teenagers, they might still have that recklessness in them, & they might still think of u as a soft victim.
However, if no untoward incident happens, just let it pass. It does not mean u have 2 tolerate or forgive them, but just ignore them, if they r not very close relatives.
Ultimately, if u so feel, u might just even expose them, after all what they did was really wrong.

James is correct. You need to talk to someone about this they can really help even after all this time! What if they are still doing it to another child? Please talk to someone you will be surprised how understanding and helpful they will be!

try going to a psycologist as he/she can advise you on how to deal with this.
