I took the Special K (Kellog's) detox diet. Special K in the morning and the afternoon and a plate of food in the evening (whatever you would normally eat) lots of water and fruit. I lost 7 kilo's in 2 weeks. If you dont like Special K eat any high fiber breakfast cereal.

Hey!
Well.... a few years ago i searched the internet for a good diet. When searching i noticed a Nutritionist in my area. I rang her up and arranged to visit her that night.
When you get there they weigh you and take you height. This way they can find your Body mass. And tell you how match your under/over weight, and how much you should be.
If you only need to loose a bit of weight, they give you milk shake type drink (its not actually made of milk actually water) which you drink for breakfast and lunch. they either come in a carton ready made or a powder which you mix with water. They have got all the right vitamins, minerals etc. but no fat what so ever.
At dinner your only allowed 300 calories, so grilled chicken or fish with a salad or boiled potatoes is a great option.
If you are over weight and want a quick soloution you have this shake 4 times aday, but you can get different options instead of the shake like a low calorie bar.
You can do this untill you loose the initial weight, but obviously you cant do it for ever.
I usually do it for 2weeks every couple of months.
But it works!

Few notes:
~ No alcohol allowed full of calories. But if you cant resist vodka and diet coke or tonic water is evn better.
~ And lots and lots of water. If this is boring try hot water with lemon. Or green tea is great for detoxing.

There are three main ways to lose weight quickly.
1) Use only water as liquid and eliminate all other liquid drinks from your diet. You must drink as much water as possible every day. You must drink about half of your weight. If you have weight of 200 pounds then you must drink about 100 oz of water.

Here are some changes that you can incorporate into your life now that will take some weight off, and more importantly keep it off.
Drink more water
Don't drink any soda, even diet soda has a lot of sodium [salt] which will keep water in your body.
Eat more fruits and veggies, less processed food and fatty meat.

Get a skipping rope, skip for two moments, do push ups for 1 minute, skip for two minutes, rest first minute. Then change the push up to something else like sit ups and do the set again. Repeat it five times and it’s a rapid, effective workout that will improve results than a long operate or swim.

Drink lots of water, eat small light meals such as salads, fruit, chicken and fish in small portions. No fried staff. Don't eat anything after 8 pm.

Take lots and lots of vegetables & fruits and dont take carbohydrates. have plenty of water. still 5 kilos in 2 days may not be possible without excercise. dont intake any fat content food

Not all fruits are equal. Some fruits are high in carbohydrates and they will not help you to lose weight.
The low carbohydrate fruits tend to be fresh (unsweetened) berries, There are many fruits that can help your weight loss progress. Learn here:
