Growth comes first bcoz until an unless anything doesn't get growth how development will shown in that growth so growth is first for eg: take yourself when you grow up then some change and development seen inside you that now you are more intelligent, More sincere, More worth etc. As people always say that now their is some change inside you as grow up. so that change shows that there is some development inside you.

First come growth. When the country has achieved some level of growth then the development begins because at that time you´ll need to improve the infra-structures of the country.

growth come first,and second development,very close to the first.growth can continue and development stop.or development stop and development continue.are you speaking in all the areas.or only in the growth or development of the human being?

Growth .. its simple how can you develop yourself if you've not grown.. its only when you grow that you start developing yourself at each level of growth..
