I have a PS2. But can watch only limited DVDs in it.?

What do I do to enable my PS2 to show VCD's as well? Is there some h/w to be put in?

PS2's have regions and some are PAL and some NTSC, depending on where you buy it. if you bought a Multi system, then you could view more DVD's.

A VCD has folders and could be viewed as a data CD. You open the MPEGAV folder and play the dat files. But if the VCD doesnt get detected, then ure out of luck.

i dont think you can do that. it only plays games and dvd.
