Mosquitos prefer people with a higher iron content in thier blood.

people with low blood iron are less likly to be bitten.

eating bannanas for instance, before you go outside, raises your potassium and iron count, and will make you more attractive to mosquitos.

There are a few reasons..

Mosquitoes find their target based on the amount of carbon dioxide breathed out, and also by amount of body heat given out. So if you pant heavily, and wear dark clothes, there's a tendency for the mozzie to bite you.

Another could be that some ppl use mozzie repellant or some sort of spice that repels mozzies.

Also, mozzies are attracted to ppl with high iron content in their blood cos that's what mozzies suck blood for: iron.

Hope this helps.

Body chemestry. Evert human gives off a differant smell. I guess mosquitoes like some better than others. My cousin is an alchoholic, and mosquitoes don't bite him at all. Hmmm...

It is believed that mosquitos are attracted to warmth, certain chemical scents, carbon dioxide, sounds and water vapor. So someone who is particularly warm, smelly, gassy, loud and sweaty will be more attractive to mosquitos than they are to people who are none of those things.

it depends on environment those living in a clean environment suffer less.it also depends on what kinds of clothes you wear if you cover whole of your body you won't be bitten.also some people use mosquito repellants whereas some don't.
