In my opinion pushups are an over rated form of exercise. If you want to get fit without wasting time the only sensible option is tai chi.Ten minutes of tai chi a day is worth years of jogging, sports and all that macho rubbish. Not only that,it also enables you to beat up any muscle enthusiasts that argue about who is fit and who is not.
The only other useful option is leave your wheels at home and walk everywhere.Walking is excellent exercise and it is completely free anywhere.

you should do some sit ups too, also run in place for about 10 minutes, then do some push ups, then run in place then do some sit ups, then maybe do some lunges, or some squats, you could even do diamond push ups to get those triceps, how about some calf raises on the edge of a stair, jumping jacks will get the heart rate up too, jump rope works well, you could even get some bands at a local fitness store and use them at home, the list goes on and on...good luck

50 push ups are great if u can manage to do them!
But if u want to get toned down you have to watch ur food intake as well. drink a lot of water & eat a lot of fruit. Keep away from the oily foods & the carbs.
Also try some sort of aerobis excercise as well.. like maybe dancin.

Try start do some abs work out and light 10 to 15 mins jog. You'll be in awesome shape for long time.

No, you need a balanced program including weights and cardio plus a walk on the beach.

Probably not enough. Try different exercises every day to effect different muscles.

cut it to 25 and do 25 crunches too. that way, you work more than one part of the body. Try walking more too. Use stairs instead of elevators.
