Your question doesn't make sense. Reword it please.
O.k. that makes more sense. To cope with a tropical climate...you have to drink much water. Carry a water bottle. Carry wet wipes and a hand towel for sweat. Do your most physical activity in the evening when the sun goes down. Wear a hat for shade and sun screen at all times. Sunburn makes tropical weather unbearable. Fan yourself and wear light floaty fabrics. On really hot days...I carry a spray bottle of cool water everywhere I go. It takes time to get used to climate changes.

I assume you wonder how to help your body to adapt to a tropical climate...

I am tempted to say "just enjoy it!", because that is not exactly a hardship - however it can be tough, especially if you are coming from a cold area (winter)... and it often the physical strain is cumulated with Jet-Lag.

In my experience, the best is to rely on the sun, that will help you reset your internal clocks (e.g. beat jet-lag!) faster, and adapt to the climate. Do not rely on air-conditioning, because it will keep you in the previous climate-controlled situation: you will find you will sweat more for a few days, usually a couple, then your body reactions will stabilize and you will be fine. Make sure you drink a lot of water, and always take a bottle with you - for car trips as well. Dehydration is a danger in such a climate.

Of course, alwasy wear sun protection!!! you'd be amazed how much your skin can suffer by a change of climate. At least, a tropical climate is not quite as bad as a desertic one, where you have to fight dryness as well....
