I never reboot my desktop unless there's insufficient memory and I reboot it. What's yours?

It depends. My Linux desktop at home and at work are almost never rebooted unless I upgrade something like hardware or software. My laptop is different because it is portable. When I take it somewhere else, it then gets shutdown.

Of course, if the desktop isn't going to be used for a week, then I'll save the wear and tear on it and shut it down.

I don't reboot my system until I leaveit or the PC Needs Reboot. Any way Reboot atleast twice a day

i left my PC on till the end of time, except there is problem with my Machine ,meanwhile there are two backups, that can replace it immediately, since i serve almost 5,000 people internet and my link must not down for a minute,

laptop = all the time as it is crap.
my apple mac desktop= about once every few weeks
