how long does a laser colour toner last? and a black & white toner

The box the toner came in will specify it's capacity given a percentage coverage.
Since toners for different printers are different sizes, this will vary dramatically from printer to printer.
Also, the number of pages yield will vary depending on coverage (a completely blue page uses a lot of blue, and no red, green or black for instance). Most toners are rated at number of pages @ 5% coverage, and can range from say 2000 to 20000 pages @5% depending on the printer.

It depends on the printer, toner and the print density settings. Usually this will be specified by the documentation on the printer and toner. Good luck.
