A portmanteau is a term in linguistics that refers to a word or morpheme that fuses two or more grammatical functions. Hence the words you give are combinations of two other words -
Mockumentary, a portmanteau of mock documentary (also fictional documentary or false documentary), is a film and TV genre, or a single work of the genre. The mockumentary is presented as if it were a documentary, though it is not factual. It is a commonly used medium for parody and satire.
HongCouver or Hongcouver is a portmanteau referring to Vancouver in the aftermath of the large-scale Chinese Canadian immigration of the 1980s and 1990s, particularly as a result that originating in Hong Kong. The name is considered derogatory by some and simply descriptive by others. It is in public use by residents, non-residents, media, and politicians.
In British English, the term mockney (a Portmanteau of "mock" and "cockney") has come to be used, predominantly in the media, to describe those who present themselves as cockneys (or, by extension, other working-class groups) with the intention of gaining popular credibility. A stereotypical mockney comes from a middle or upper-middle class background in England's Home Counties. (See Dick Van Dyke in Mary Poppins as an example)
Affluenza is a term used by critics of consumerism. It is a portmanteau word formed by the contraction of affluence and influenza. Sources define this term as follows:-
affluenza, n. a painful, contagious, socially transmitted condition of overload, debt, anxiety and waste resulting from the dogged pursuit of more. (de Graaf, 2002)
affluenza, n. 1. The bloated, sluggish and unfulfilled feeling that results from efforts to keep up with the Joneses. 2. An epidemic of stress, overwork, waste and indebtedness caused by dogged pursuit of the American Dream. 3. An unsustainable addiction to economic growth. (PBS)
Screenagers are technologically savvy young people. They are the first generation to grow up with television and computers at home, music downloads, instant messaging and cellular phones. Douglas Rushkoff first coined the term in his 1997 book Playing the Future.
Cineplex is a portmanteau of cinema and multiplex and may be used generically as a synonym for a multiplex movie house.

the key is where they came from: portmanteau. This term refers to new "words" not officially recognised by being listed in a dictionary, though they may eventually be.
mockumentary: a fake documentary, either a movie done in the form of a documentary or a movie which pokes fun at documentaries, (cf. "This is Spinal Tap" by Rob Reiner, often referred to as a rockumentary)
Hongcouver: a somewhat racist term for Vancouver (Canada) referring to it's large Asian population (Hong Kong)
Mockney: not sure about this one, perhaps an affected or put-on Cockney accent?
Affluenza: looks like a cross between affluent and fluenza, comparing the influx of nouveau-riche into a neighbourhood to a case of the flu ? (not sure about this one either)
Screenager: a teenager who spends all of his/her time in front of the screen, either computer or tv
Cineplex: the current fashion in movie theatres where you have a number of smaller theatres all under one roof, each showing a different movie

Mocumentary--a fictional film that is made to look like a documentary (for example, This is Spinal Tap.)
Hongcouver--area of Vancouver with a high Asian presence
Mockney--someone adopting a fake cockney accent
Screenager--stereotypes of teens that appear in movies and TV but don't exist in real life
Cineplex--large multi-screened movie theatre.
Portmanteaus are words created by combining two existing words into a third word that reflects both meanings.

Well these are obviously composites which have been invented to describe modern trends.
Mocumentary - is a documentary which pokes fun at its subjects
Hongcouver- is probably a reference to Vancouver cityscape which resembles Hong Kong
Mockney - is fake cockney (something which tries to be like London eastend)
Affluenza - the tiredness and illness associated with stress, which is suffered by wealthy go-getters.
Screenager - adolescents who spend all their time in front of a PC
Cineplex - one of those giant cinemas with several screens and other leisure activities such as a bowling alley.
