Manu, if you are a good Indian boy living in India, your mother knows best what is good for you. Keep away from the fried foods, and make sure that you get food that's not processed (processed means that you are buying it already made or partially made.) I'm in the South. Here we eat whole vegetables, fried fish, rice, iddly, dosha and many different kinds of sauces. The India diet is ancient, and has been this way for thousands of years. Only now there is a rise of obesity in India--and that's because of 'fast food.' When you stick to what has been working for millinia, it will serve you well.

Biological - only vegetarian.
Spiritually considering food offered first in sacrifice. That becomes spiritualized, karma free food.
Try out the Krishna prasad in some Hare Krishna temple. They are also known as kitchen religion. They really have a good food.

Lots water until u get sick........a great work out 5 days a week.............. boiled, baked,chicken breast, green beans,... it works i lost in the last year 123lbs just from dat every day..... breakfast lunch and dinner.... it may seem nasty every day but it's good 4 u.. oh salad, no cheese lite dressing

if you have not extra weight ,you don't worry because you are very Young . just exercise and ea talot of fruits that have acid and try go to senna.slow and long walking
