If it is your phone. Then you have the manual, so take out the battery for a few seconds, and it should go back to default. If it does then I think they use "12345" in order to move to that you have to hit enter and the * key within 1 and a half seconds then punch in the 12345. If this does not work then go to there web page and get there phone number and they can help you. Good luck

Bring it back to the place where you purchased it and get them to fix it for you. If can't be done, ask for a refund or fair exchange.

punch in *#06#. if it gives the imei number it means the phone is network locked . if it gives you question marks ( ????????),it means the phones' hardware is faulty. in both cases take it back
