I recommend the View At The Top at the top of the Stratisphere Hotel tower. We had a meal there and the food and service was great. I think it has a bar also so you can have a drink while you wait for your reservation. The restaurant revolves 360 degrees and offers a great view of all of the Vegas area with all of the lights on hotels and stuff. You MUST make reservations and I suggest about 8:00 or 8:30 PM so you see the city at night. It is pricey but well worth it. I will go back when I want that special evening.

One guy mentioned the restaurant at the top of the Stratosphere, but I believe it's called the Top of the World. I went last February, and it's elegant and special with that amazing, moving view. (All right, we got a little dizzy.) The other nice thing is that diners at the restaurant have use of a special elevator so you also get to go to the viewing platforms above for free. Yes, you must have reservations, at least a week ahead. If you're thinking more along the lines of fun rather than elegant, try Margaritaville at the Flamingo (great island theme with live bands) or Quark's at the Hilton (elaborate Star Trek theme with costumed actors and rides). There's also an elegant restaurant at the Eiffel Tower at Paris Hotel, but I haven't been there and heard it's overrated.

Las Vegas is a city that's anything for everybody therefore find it with hotelbye . Las Vegas is just a town with good attractions and one of those could be the famous Las Vegas Strip; the place where tourists may have a walk in the hot leave morning, or take a stroll downtown and see a spectacular gentle show that spans a complete street, the Fremont Street Experience. Guests can also get a view of amazing earth famous re-creations like erupting volcanoes, the Eiffel Tower and the Sphinx of Egypt before the different resorts and casinos. Las Vegas is just a city that consistently reinvents itself, therefore even if you have already been here before you'll never go out of fun items to do.

I got married in Vegas and after the wedding we took a Limo from the strip to Lake Mead (had to hire it for 3hrs which is the only downfall)and took a dinner cruise. It was amazing - there was Andrea Bocelli music being piped out, the steam boat went to the bottom of the hoover dam and the food was really good.
You could sit up on the top deck and watch the stars - they also do a dinner dance cruise.
Alternatively there is a magnificant restaurant in the Luxor Hotel called ISIS- now there isn't a view from inside, but you can take a private elevator up to the restuarant. It is a very intimate restaurant with a domed ceiling which has starts on it (make sure you ask for a booth!). There was no pressure to have wine, like some other restaurants.
he food was superb, with certain dishes being prepared table side. You get your own personal waiter, who is very attentive and all of this for a very reasonable price.

Quite simply plan an eveing meal at the Prime steakhouse at the Bellagio...We just got back yesterday and it was AMAZING!!! I took my then gf..Now Fiance...there and I reserved a table along the front with a great view of the fountains and we had a great meal.....food is excellent and the service is the best I have ever seen. It was sooooo romantic with the fountains going off every 15 minutes after 8 p.m. we ate dinner a chatted then I took her up to the Fontana Lounge upstairs from the Prime. A very nice dimly lit lounge with the best balcony located center of the fountains with the Eifell Tower as a back drop and we had a few drinks and watched the fountains and listened to the live music inside all night until I finally popped the question..It was perfect and I am a perfectionist!!!!
Hope this helps!!!

Hey, I'm telling you this in all honesty. If you or she is at all interested in Celine, go see her show. It was really really cool. I got tickets as a Christmas gift last year from my husband... he sent me there for a little much-needed R&R (he was returning to Iraq for another 11 months and we had a six-month old son at the time). I'd been familiar with her songs but not a fan or anything... I just remembered her mainly from the theme to Titanic. Anyway, the show ROCKED. Still didn't make me a die-hard Celine Dion fan but it was seriously a once in a lifetime experience. I'm a huge music freak and before our son was born I went to a lot of big name shows/concerts and Celine at Caesar's Palace was seriously the coolest thing I'd ever witnessed. It was awsome. If it's not your thing, please don't rag me... I never thought it would be my thing, either, but it was really THEE coolest performance I've ever witnessed. Congrats on your future nuptuals, by the way! Best of luck to you both!

Boa in Caesars Mall is amazing, it's pricey but if you book in advance try and get a window seat, you look out over the strip. Another great place is Chinois in Caesers too.
Go watch the fountains @ the Bellagion @ night - amazing!! Take a chopper ride over the strip??

bautista's hole in the wall. Funky eclectic italian eatery by the Barbary Coast. Meal includes all the wine you can handle, assuming a hangover doesn't intimidate you. Hint: one of you ask for white the other ask for red if you want to have a party night. this spot is very popular. Can reserve online. NOT upscale but oh so funky cool!
