The automatic design has a bulky torque converter which you cannot fit 'in between' the 'removed' manual gear box. You will need to completely replace the engine+gear box.

see friend there's no problem in changing the gearbox,but the problem is that cost's too much,also it may not be compatible with your car.
i own an mitsubishi lancer, and i have modified it frm MT to AT and i'm having good results,it fits to my car perfectly,if you have enough money then go for it,but i also think that it may not suit to your car,since an alto is an small car.

yes u can but it would be expesensive u might aswell sell ur car and buy an auto
