well i dont know what you mean by fresher, but how about just do your job that you are hired for so you behaive like a teller.

be pleasing to everyone at the workplace.with customers,know ur bank rules and deal accordingly.be polite and helpful to all.with colleagues,don;t try to get too friendly too soon.think twice before sharing secrets with anyone.keep the relationship professional but avoid rudeness.if u come across any gossip,smile but don't give ur comments or encouragement.

are you a teller or a personal banker? you need to be curtious, nice, polit, outgoing, friendly, and helpful. if you see a customer that may need help, smile and ask if they need assistance. good customer service is the key
