Centrino is a technology and celeron is a CPU ok

Celeron as a type of Processor that usually less in performance than Intel (both are manifcatured by intel but celeron is like a second degree)

normally celeron with Less cache memory 128 256 etc

while centrino is the new technology mainly for laptops better performance and longer battery life ...

Centrino is Intel's brand combining one of a) Pentium M, b) Core Solo, or c) Core Duo with an Intel motherboard chipset and Intel wireless chipset. Celeron is a lower end CPU than any of the processors used in Centrino.

Centrino is specifically a type of mobile CPU for laptops. It's is a newer generation and is considered to be at the top of its game.

The Celeron is a cheaper form of the Pentium that is used in both laptops and desktops. Usually it's cheaper because it has less onboard "cache" memory and slower bus speeds. Without getting too technical here, I suggest you search on the net. You'll find a ton of info.

centrino is a newer technology for developing laptop chips. It is a smaller then Desktop or other computer chips.

And celeron is a chip low level or without level 2 ram on chips. its a low cost chip.
