I want to know th history of Shankh Pal peak located in J&K, India?

Shankh Pal is a peak located in lower Himalayas near tourist spot of Sanasar, located around 120 kms from Jammu. I am interested in historical background of this peak, along with history of temple located on this peak.

If you want history on ANYTHING, especially something as obscure and unfamiliar as this peak in India.... then type it into Google or some other search engine and do the research.
