The mechanism of appearance of blood in urine is simple..
It s because the kidney parts are unable to filter the erythrocytes from getting into the urine.
SO it means the kidney has increased permeability or injury to it..there are many reasons why these mechanisms can happen
1)high blood presure=High pressure on the Bowmans capsule cause damage to the cappilary beds and thus appearance of RBC(red blood cells)in urine
2)Trauma to the parenchyma of the kidney=bleeding
3)infections with damage filters(example=glomerulonephritis)
4)menstrual*no damage to the kidneys
but mainly there are two types of hematouria(blood in urine)
makro n mikro
Macro=we can see the urine changes in colour(red)/coca cola coloured
micro=only found the rbc by urine test.canot see the rough rbc coz the amount is very small.
It s best to do urine test.N if findings showed some pathologic patterns,it s best to consult a doctor perhaps do ultrasounds among other tests.

A bad kidney infection, an injury, or cancer.
Please get something done about that blood pressure. Staying that high can lead to kidney damage.
