I have a very huge problem. There is one website address I want to delete from the drop down list in the internet explorer browser but it's no use. I've tried Internet Options to clear history as well as clearing the drop down list as well but it resulted that all website addresses had been deleted except this one website address I want to delete before my wife finds out! It's also useless because I also tried Evidence Cleaner, Privacy Shield, and others I downloaded from Download.com which didn't work out. Help me and I promise to grant full 10 points if you've got a great solution to solve this life-threatening problem! Further information will be given if you ask.

It must have been Spaware what u can do is scan your pc with Spybot (http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/) or you can try Windows Defender from Microsoft (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=435bfce7-da2b-4a6a-afa4-f7f14e605a0d&displaylang=en)
You have carry this activity with windows running in safe mode

Sounds like the old lady has trained you well, and yet you still porno-hop! ... I guess some of us are just hopelessly "pornomnatic". :-)
If clearing history does NOT work, then I'm sorry to say your porn-loving _ _ _ maybe up the creek buddy. Get down on your knees and beg for mercy, or else, ask her to join in on the fun and pray that she accepts. There are other more drastic options also available, depending on you level of despair, such as actively infecting the computer with a nasty virus and having to reformat the hard drive, that is, if anti-spywares don't work either! :-) :-)

if u wanna delete that website name from the drop down list, simply open all other websites on by one and as u open a new website, the last name in the drop down list would disappear. Although its a long process but it works.

in the browser window, try typing in the first few letters...
like...
"www." type the letter
then when it automatically comes up with the web address - use the error key (down) to highlight the address
hit the delete button.
That should work

If you're using IE go to IE Options then click Programs the Manage Addons and remove whatever is bothering you! In case you're using firefox just fo to the extensions tag and remove the "threatening" extension!

have you tried to right click it separately to see if a delete function will come up. Sorry I can't try it I've only been to answers and 360 they don't separate in the drop list.

I suggest you try clear history > Delete all ofline content...
Also Delete Cookies > as well as delete all files (also ofline content)
Im sure it would work....Also shut your computer down after this and then restart it.
And one last thing...stop looking at freaky porn! ha hah! good luck mate!

Get your computer formatted....look into control panel and see if something from this site has been downloaded ..uninstall it ....try just hitting delete button at the address.....still if these does not work .......Rest in Peace...which site is it anyways ??

You're afraid of gettin busted for porn....my friend, I think about the only thing you can do is take the pc somewhere and tell them you need your harddrive reformatted. Make backups of all the important stuff, and go get it done.

If it's porn,be a man and 'fess up to it,but if it's sicko stuff like kiddie porn then you need to be caught and stopped.Not making assumptions here,Man...am just trying to think what could be so terrifying for an adult female to discover what an adult male has been viewing.
