Yes if we don't watch Petersen, Flintoff and Colliwood. Those 3 are the problem lets hope Pollock and Ntini perform because if those two do badly then its over for us. By the way why was Langervelt not playing on Saturday he is our leading wicket take in the world cup so lets hope he bowls against England. AB Deviliers that guy needs to have little more self confidence and he will win us the world cup , the thing is he just looks too nervse when the bowler comes charging down the wicket, that guy has the potential to be better then Lara and Suchen just more motivation thats all.

their best performance ever in world cup was in 1999 world cup where they tied a semi-final match with Australia but Australia got a chance to go in final as they had beaten South Africa in super six matches

None. There first worldcup apperance in 1992, where they reached the semi-finals. Lost to England because of D-L system wherein they have to score 22 runs in 1 ball.

never...they came very close of wonning it in 1992 and 1999...but lost in the semi-finals on both ocassions.
in 1992...the lost because of the duckworth-lewis rule. they need 22 runs on 21 balls when rain started. when play resumed...they need 22 runs on 1 ball.
and in 1999 they draw the semi-final with Australia...but Australia proceed to the finals bcause they've beaten the South Africans in the earlier meeting.

not even once, they have reached the semifinals but lost on that occasion, but they are a strong side and they are one of the favourites to win the world cup 07
