I've done many of the pathes available to me as a graphic designer. I've worked in design firms from the regular rank and file to an art director, I've freelanced, and I've also ran my own design business. Honestly it's a bit of a toss-up. Yes, more of the money that you are paid will end up in your pocket if you freelance, but doing the work by yourself, or even within the scope of your own business, will mean that you will have to spend more of your own time on the managing and financial end of the business, thus the turn-around is much lesser. Yes, generally speaking the pay rate at design firms aren't always staggering, but it's consistent work with a high turn-around rate, and you aren't responsible for more the tedious sides of running a business. Honestly, I believe what it boils down to is whether you enjoy your work or not. I know several people in my life that make more money then they can possibly do with, but they never strike be as being terribly happy in spite of that fact. While I am not terribly wealthy, I make a fairly decent living and after nearly 15 years I still enjoy what I do, so I'm not going to complain if I don't make as much money as the person next door.

Many companies will not hire without examples of your talents. I suggest using some time to develop some high quality examples. Then create a web profolio of your work and a resume online so that business hirers can contact you regarding your work. You can also branch out for companies to hire into. Regardless some exmaples will be needed to show off your abilities.

Could be difficult unless you improve your English. Graphic Design is all about communication.
