if you are a sourse of envy for whatever reasons to people around you,you are less likely to have friend.women are jealous of me and men see me like an object.no friends.not even someone to love me.noone who will look beyond my face.i am all alone !

I think everyone wishes for more close friends because in my opinion you can't have enough friends. I have a few close friends some closer than others but there are two who i would view as my closest friends. The best friend i have though lives over 200 miles away so he is close in one way but not in another.

I have only 2 close friends and many aquaintances...
No, I don't believe that I would want more... I am happy in the knowledge that (obviously aside from family) I could honestly place my life in the hands of my two friends and feel totally confident in them...
It took me a long time to realise that, in fact no matter who you are, you can count your TRUE friends on one hand... I wasted my time trying to remain in contact with alot of people I considered to be friends... And not surprisingly they didn't make such an effort... Proving without doubt that they weren't friends at all!!!
Now I am happy to spend time at home with my best friend (my hubby!!! Bleurgh!!! lol) and see my True Friends whenever I can...
REMEMBER... A friend will help you move.... A TRUE friend will help you move a body...

I have maybe 2 really close friends-- one of which is my sister..
The other friends i once had i have lost through them backstabbers and selfish all the time. I had a few closer friends when i were younger but as time goes on- u realise who your true friends are.
Given a choice i wouldn't want anyone else true friends are very hard to come by.

I have about 3 really, really close friends and I do nor want anymore as we are always there for each other, when needed. I have several other friends but not what I would call close friends.

I have two.
My mother and my boyfriend. They are the only people I'd really tell anything to.
I have had close friends, but moved away from where I was living and lost them. (Proving we weren't really that close.) I've also had very close friends who have stabbed me in the back in the past.
I'm very happy with the way things are now. I have my mum for "girly chats", and my boyfriend when I need to pour my heart out.
They are the most important people in the world to me.

I have fewer close friends than I do fingers on my hand... I don't wish for more... There are only so many hours in a day.

Only three really close friends that I could always ring up about anything. Have other people I'd class as friends but not as close to. I think it's better to have a few friends you know you can rely on that a big gang of hangers-on.
I'm quite shy though and find it hard to make friends, would always welcome new friends though... anyone feel free to mail me!

I have a handful of really close friends and yes do wish I had more. But my life has been so transient, it is hard to be able to rely on them.
