Of course the bear. Can the strongest man match the aggression a bear will show in attack?
Forget the bear, how about a gorilla? The beast's blow can break the back of a leopard, what more a man.

Maybe a strongman can pull a truck, I doubt bears will do that, but using strength by animals usually involves a dose of aggression, that's what separates man from beast.

Are you kidding? An under average bear would be stronger than a strongest man.

Bear, hands down. Although a man might know some sneaky karate stuff that takes the bear by surprise. And a male bear has cojones too, so if the man is quick enough he might just stand a fighting chance.

Strength does not depend solely on the weight.
Strong "enough" man can be stronger than any bear.

The bear because he has canine teeth making him a carnivore whereas man is classified as an omnivore and does not have canine teeth.
