Everyone is bad. So, yes Goths are bad people to hang out with (smile). What kind of person do you want to be? How are you going to become the person you want to be. If hanging out with Goths will help you become that person, then hang out with Goths. Most people go there whole life without ever even knowing who they want to be. You may want to give it some thought. And its OK to change your mind.

Generally speaking, no. I'm referring to authentic goths, not 14-year-olds who lurve Hot Topic, Marilyn Manson, attitude problems, and trip cheerleaders. These are called "mall goths, and should be avoided. ;) For a description of goth and gothic subculture, try goth.net.

Only if they are steroetypical ones. I think unless you know them on a personal level, you cannot judge them, however in saying this just go into a friendship with that thought it mind. I dont think theyre bad people, more misunderstdood
