Hey, don't worry, wherever you are in the world, you can buy sanitary towels. As for disposing of them, if you are in a public loo, proper bins for towels and tampons are usually provided. If not, rip your towel down the centre, that way it will flush easier if it is in two. If you are in somebodys house and you are worried that you may block their loo if you flush it, then wrap it in plenty of toilet roll and put it in a bin. Only a weirdo would find it and then you know who goes rooting in bins!!
If you buy some babies nappy sacks (small fragranced bags which hide smells) then they might help too!!!

Women in the United States and in Canada use Tampons as well as Pads. If you are sensitive and might get skin rashes do not feel pressured to use tampons. The PROPER way to dispose you pads are to wrap used pads in either toilet tissue or the wrapper of the new pad and throw it away. Some public bathrooms have trash bins in the stall, but if they dont then you can carry it to the trash in the bathroom out side of the stall. There are only women in the bathrooms you should not feel afraid.

You can still use pads...and throwing it away in a trash will be fine for disposal. Don't worry about who's gonna do it from there. The garbage is taken care of, it will go where it needs to! Have fun on your trip!

Hey it's cool in Canada to use pads as well.. I live in the u.s., and all I use is pads.. I hate tampons, they're bad for your health, just as your doctor told you... In the states, after you remove your pad, just wrap it up in toilet paper, and throw it in the trash can.. Usually there will be a small trash can inside the bathroom to throw it away in... If not then put it in any trash can in the house or hotel you are staying at.. Just remember to wrap it up in toilet paper real good, so no one sees it, because that can be embarrassing!! Happened to me before, my old dog pulled it out of the trash can while I had friends over and ran around with it in his mouth!!! Figured that would make you laugh..

Wait, you said you were sensitive to skin rashes, then I would think that the pad would be worse for you..anyway even if you're worried about men disposing the trash in Canada, as long as you've wrapped it (and you'll be long gone outta there) who cares?

dear pads are disposable, therefore you just throw them in a bin after you are ready
there is always a bin in each toilet
and in canada they do also use pads dont you worry.

Wrap it w/ toilet paper and put it in the nearest garbage can.
And just buy like 10 packs of pads that way you won't run out
while you're in Canada. But you know if I'm not mistaken I
think you should be able to get pads in Canada.

yes there are pads. Not everyone uses tampons. When you are done just toss it in the trash. If you are going to be alone you will have to clear out the trash your self. But if is a public bathroom the janitor will do it. just wrap it up and DO NOT flush it.
