Check with the concierge staff at hotels and resorts in the areas your looking to visit. Just call the hotel and ask for the concierge desk. If they don't have one ask the attendant on the phone. They are there to provide service and an enjoyable stay for their guests. So lie if you have to, tell them your in the process of booking reservations but you need to know how they recommend. This should work if not search on-line for deep sea fising mexican pacific. You will probably have better luck with resorts than actual hotels.
