Go to the beach near the Fisherman's monument in Mazatlan about 4 a.m and pay one of the fishermen to take you out in their little 16 ft boat. Every see Tracy in "The Old Fisherman And the Sea? They also return about 11 am. to sell their catch, pushing their boats ashore. Or pay for a large boat, deck chair and all that if you're a girly-man. Get the name of the guy from Andrea at the Sea Shell City Museo.He used to be next door to them. It's hot now so wear a wide-brim straw hat and bring water.Stay at a drug-lord owned motel. Ask a cab driver. They are safe from pick-pockets
