uhmm...i think it's a one BIG cigarette which was commonly used in the west. But nowadays women are the one who smoked "cougar" the most.especailly the 40s or 50s...possibly to show others that theyre still sexy and spicy

The cougar is the largest of north american native cats. It is also known by the names Puma, Mountain Lion and maybe more. The cougar's range is from Canada in to Mexico and is found in virtually all states west of the Mississippi and maybe some east of the Mississippi.

Its like a cigarette but made from thinker leaves and smells alot more - often seen in the mouths of inconsiderate loudmouth people who think it makes them look attractive of mysterious . The Havana cougar is one of the most sought after although it is said they have been hunted to near extinction .
