You have to turn the image in your head.
By the way. In the upper north and west of Germany (Europe) there they really make clocks as you described them. So the clocks go 'anti clockwise' ! The 9 and 3 are exchanged.

use another mirror to see the mirror which shows the clock ...so u can read the time by right way

if u really want to do that to your watch, then do one more effort and get the watch in which hours are printed from 1 to12.
By this way, u can just directly read the time!
