the tibia broke in one place and the fibula in two places...its whats called a spiral fracture

Calcium. When I have had broken bones, I crave milk and the doctor said my body is needing the calcium in it. Drink and eat lots of calcium rich foods. Also a good calcium supplement pill or capsule will help.

Depending on the break: First 3 months SIT STILL.. Let the bones get back attached...

I aggree with the above poster. Drink LOTS of milk

DON"T push it..for the first 3 months..

ginger is excellent for healing bones faster. eat it and rub the essential oil onto your skin. it feels hot but my physio swears by it.

ouch. hopefully youve gone to the doctor...youll probably need a cast, and non-weight bearing...maybe surgury....if you havent gone to the do, id say lots of ice and maybe an advil for the pain
