Does anyone know of a bank that does not use chexsystems to open an account, in the northern californis area?

i imagine B of A doesn't use chexsystems. Us economic corporation does use chexsystems, yet they'll open an account for you besides. I were given an account with Us economic corporation at the same time as i became in Chexsystems. Wells Fargo has a second danger economic corporation account when you're in chexs, even if it isn't loose, i imagine the montly value is $10.00
