Infinity means never ending, as in numbers are infinite because they can go on forever and ever.

Infinity is a type of goat normally found in the lower footfills of the Apoholo mountains . Typically it has a large head and short stumpy legs which prevent it from reaching the higher parts of the mountain . Other goats further up the mountain have developed smaller heads due to air pressure and some people argue that the larger head of the Infinity is actually normal . The other outstanding feature of the Infinity is its ability to burrow and create huge underground communities with kitchens and ulility areas - hence the scarcity of sightings - they only venture above gorund once a year to mate and bellow 'huuuuuuuuuuuurgh' and then return to their underground nests - and who wouldn't .

infinity

n : time without end [syn: eternity] n. 1. The largest value that can be represented in a
particular type of variable (register, memory location, data type,
whatever). 2. `minus infinity': The smallest such value, not
necessarily or even usually the simple negation of plus infinity.
In N-bit twos-complement arithmetic, infinity is 2^(N-1) - 1 but
minus infinity is - (2^(N-1)), not -(2^(N-1) - 1). Note also that
this is different from "time T equals minus infinity", which is
closer to a mathematician's usage of infinity.

The word infinity comes from the Latin infinitas or "unboundedness". It refers to several distinct concepts which arise in theology, philosophy, mathematics and everyday life. OR In mathematics and philosopy we find two concepts of infinity: potential infinity, which is the infinity of a process which never stops, and actual infinity which is supposed to be static and completed, so that it can be thought of as an object.
