Yes, but you have to overthrow Mugabe first. Once power is restored to the people, and the economy recovers, money can be diverted to arts, sports and culture. Then Zimbabwe will shine and lead Africa.

yes, there are very good golfers and cricketers from Zimbabwe. Well there were anyway, they all left. Zim doing something amazing in sport in tur FAR future is possible.
