The most important thing is to drink a lot of water ( it may sounds crazy but is true- according skin care specialists) and observe which foods make you brake out and which make your skin look healthier.
After that it's a question of maintaining the healthy look. Stay away from synthetic creams and facial toners. Use only natural products. Here are some recipes:

Homemade Clay Mask for Normal Skin

Clay masks are hydrating while toning your skin. You can pick up clay from any health-food store.
A basic fuller's earth clay (if skin is sensitive, try a green clay)
1 tsp honey
water (for a richer mask, substitute whole milk)
your favorite essential oil (lavender, rose, geranium)
Mix 2 parts water to 1 part clay, mixing in a bit of honey. Add more water if clay is too dry. Add a few drops of the oil. Keep mask on for 15 minutes. Rinse off with a warm washcloth.

Homemade Face Mask for Dry Skin

Avocados and honey are particularly moisturizing.
½ avocado (you can also substitute 2 teaspoons avocado oil)
¼ cup honey
Mash these together. Apply to skin and leave for 5-10 minutes. Rinse with a washcloth drenched in cool water.

Homemade Face Mask for Combination Skin

A rose-based mask is perfect for balancing out the oily and dry areas of your skin.
6 rose petals
2 tbsps rosewater
1 tbsp natural yogurt (go for full-fat & skip the flavored ones)
1 tbsp naturally runny honey (you can warm honey in a microwave for 8 seconds to get it runny. Plus, we find the warmth is particularly soothing for this mask).
Soak rose petals, then crush them in a bowl. Add the rosewater, yogurt and honey.
Don't have the rose petals? No problem. Mix well & apply to the skin. Leave on for 10 minutes. Rinse.

Good luck!

olive oil is a great moisturizer. You can apply it daily to dry spots or stretch marks.
Honey cleansing scrub: Mix 1tbsp honey with 2 tbsp finely ground almonds and 1/2 tsp lemon juice. Rub gently over face and rinse with warm water.
Facial toner: In blender, puree 1 tbsp honey with a peeled cored apple. Smooth over face, leave on for 15 min and rinse with warm water.
Moisture mask: mix 2 tbsp honey with 2 tsp milk. Smooth over face and throat. Leave on for 10 min and rinse with warm water.

I have tons of recipes, these are just a few of them that I use. If you'd like more, just let me know and I'd be happy to send you some.

The most important thing is inner health - eating a good diet, exercise, drinking plenty of water, etc.

Taking fish oil supplements can help towards nice skin.

drink lots of water... take saunas, they make you sweat and clense the impurities out of your pores...
also fish oil supplements and antioxidant rich foods should help.
if you are looking for all natural cures you can try Nature's Cure Anti acne system... its a 2 part system.. pills (vitamins) and face wash. I used to use Proactive Solution a 3 part cleanser, toner and lotion that worked GREAT!! But u have to use it everyday and use all 3 steps for the best results..
Mainly though DRINK LOTS OF WATER!! and keep your hair and sheets/pillow cases clean. When your hair or pillow cases are dirty you are repetively putting your face back into oil, dirt and other nasty thigs that clog your pores
