Theres no way to increase your height, you grow naturally, no means to do it artificially... you're lucky, you'll win when you play limbo. Usually if you are girl, you will stop growing like at around 17-19, a guy, around 18-20... dont worry, about a year left...

You will probably grow another inch (may be) until about age 20-21. Other than wait, there's nothing else that you can do.

I'm 5'1. I wear high heels but just for the look of the legs, not for height. My husband always liked short women!!! :)

The thing you should avoid is to gain weight. Even 5 pounds can make a difference in apperaance at our height.

We are PURRTY :)

You can't increase your height, however you can increase your outlook on it.
If you will do a bit of checking, you will see that there are many people of historical significance who were not the tallest kids in their class.
My Grandfather, as an example, was no more than 5'2", yet he was a professional wrestler, he was a professional musician, he was an amazing athelete and sportsman, he was able to do incredibly well in his chosen profession (not the wrestling), and was able to raise 3 kids who were very respected members of their communities.

Don't worry about your height, and it won't be an issue for most anyone else.

okay the following worked for me:
i ate a lot of food but made sure it was healthy and i got lots of calcuim from yoghurt, milk etc.
i started excerising more and doing streches.
i started to improve my posture-always sit up straight, stand up tall, never slouch.

i started doing these things recently.
i used to be 5ft 1 nd i hadnt grown in years.
my mom is 5 ft 1 nd my dad is 5ft 7 and none of my family is very tall.
i grew 2 inches in like a month nd then another inch in the following month. im still growing now!
i believe that yes although height is determined by your genes, you get it to your max height by good nutrition and health.
try it- it might work for you!

there's nothing you can do. You are too old to take growth hormones, and they don't make a pill or anyhting. It doesn't matter if you're 5'0. All that matters if what kind of person you are on the inside. If you were taller, you would be average. Who wants to be average? Not me. 5'0 is a cute height to me.

Don't be self conscious about your height.
My honey is right at 5' and I'm 6'. She is just fine for me in Heels, Boots or Sandals.

when i turned 16, i stopped growin. so am qite short, 5'9" and hatin it. in japan kids grow taller than the previous generation.. must be their diet. so try to eat lots of protein. if u're really desperate u can have ur bones broken and allow them to grow back again (expensive procedure! and riskyyy!) but then again, its all about the genes and what uve been eating when u were in ur puberty.
