They shouldn't if installed properly. If you have loose fasteners, or crud on the hub mounting surface, it could cause your wheel to be slightly out of true with the hub. Try removing the spacers and reinstalling. If the problem persists, remove them altogether. Why do you need spacers for stock tires and wheels, anyhow?

I think they could because they are moving the wheels off of the proper geometry from where the spindles and the wheel/tire assembly would be sitting for turning. Many guys do things with Ford Power Stroke Diesel trucks, and expect us to warranty a vibration. Same for lowered Mustangs. Anything aftermarket is not guaranteed to perform like factory. I know you said the rest is all stock, so I would recommend you remove them and compare. Mark your wheel and lug studs to make sure it goes back onto the exact same hole each stud came out of to verify if it is something on the car or the spacers. If it goes away, it was the spacers. If not, take it to the dealer service dapartment.

Have you made sure you have had a wheel balance done after the tires were installed on the wheels? Out of balance can cause that, also improper wheel alignment. If none of these is the problem, I'd seriously take the advise from the Ford mechanic above.

a foul wheel alignment won't reason a vibration. forget approximately that. better than probable your tires choose balanced. Out of stability tires or out of around tires, or separated belts on a tire will reason a vibration. First run your hand around the tires and sense for a separated belt on the tire. If none are there, stability the tires. grasp tech 40 yrs.
