yes i think you should go for it, i am in the uk and my partner is from new zeland and she came over here. However a little bit advice, check out the immigration lwas before you depart as we did not and it has caused us problems, my partner was meant to apply before leaving her home but did not and we got into a bit trouble over this so please do yourself a favour dont try to short cut things do it right first time ansd save a lot of heartache.
but i would if you know it is right and you love this person, have you met yet in person, please be careful and not get caught up in any dangerous situation

Is he rally sincere?Have you got where abouts of him and his antecedents?You have have a passport from your country and Visa from the country to which you want to go.You have to verify legality of your marriage there and possiblity of emigration/permanent settlement
