for bleeding, depending on severity, direct pressure, with preferibly sterile cloth, don;t look under once pressure applied. for facture, same thing, if compound fracture with protruding bones, elevate to keep blood lose and treat for shock immediately.

Ice
Compression
Elevation

Fracture, use any type of splint or sling to keep it immobile.
