Actually, ants have been shown to suffer no ill effects when dropped from ANY height. Their terminal velocity is not sufficient for them to sustain injury.

Ants get injured to a little extent if they fall from a fairly large height. But they have a better resistance from injury due to the air resistance, low weight (I guess this doesn't help if there is no atmosphere) and no fragile parts. But it is not true if someone says they aren't injured at all when they fell from a height.

depends on how large a fairly large height is. I would guess not cause they're able to withstand large amounts of weight and it would seem that they're body shape would help carry them on the wind so they'd probably be fine.

Yes they get a minor headache, but they just get liquored up with hyphy juice and theyre all good again.
