no one take offence please. I just think I would never go out or marry a guy just for his money- especially one I hated. I would honestly feel like a whore and have no self esteem. I can understand someone doing it if they have little opportunity to succeed, or if they were from a poor country. But I honestly would feel like a prostitute. It wouldn't feel right or sit right with me.

No, It's not. It definitely can be termed as a compromise but not prostitution.There might be more than one reasons to marry such a man/woman. As you raised a point about poor countries, some women would do it to help their families. It could be a sacrifice on their part as they feel by compromising on their own selfish qualms of marrying an"ideal" lover, they can, may be open doors of prosperity for their families and their generations to come. On the other hand it could be that they value money more than their own so called "self esteem". Or they prioritize monetary security over, more often failing, love marriages. I think its just a different way of thinking. Just because you can't come to terms with such an idea doesn't make all of 'em hos.

Yep i tend to think so . It is like being a mistress and using someone just for their money and that is just not right. I totally agree with you on this one for sure! Great question by the way:)

Yes it is prostitution but also a compromise. Everyone in some form prostitutes themselves. Think about it.

Yes. Really no difference. If a woman does this she is just trying to make it loook likes its not. But its is. Selling yourself for money or things, its all the same.

Sweetie...it IS protitution....think about it...the only difference is that one would be getting money from only ONE person....where as in general protitution it would be from different men!
