Im not totally sure. But the England player Peter Crouch is one of the tallest for sure. He comes in at 6'7.

Peter Crouch is 6'6'' and I think that's the same height for the forward from the Czech Republic that scored the header in the beginning of the USA game. He got injured and the guy they brought in was also 6'6'' or 6'5''!

Crouch of England is 6'7" and Koller of the Czech Republic is reportedly 6'8". There is another player who is reportedly 6'8", but I can't recall who he is or for which team he plays.
