My IMATE JAM keeps on logging the internet even in off position and keeps on increasing my surfing bill. help?

There is a problem with my IMATe JAM. When the phone is on, the internet is automatically on and keeps on logging to the hutchworld and by the end of the day my internet bill mounts even if i do not use the ie browser or email. Pls advise how to switch off the internet while not switching off the phone.

sign out of msn messenger and msn... check out other softwares which are accessing the internet... nothing serious...if still problem persists ask the dealer you got the phone from...
