We have been dating for 5 months and although she already sees herself as my girlfriend, I would love to officially ask her.

silly string on the garage pavement??
take a piece of printer paper and write each letter of your question on the paper in marker/glitter/pipe cleaners/macaroni/skittles and then lay them out on her front lawn/sidewalk/driveway.
get your nipples pierced then make a sign out of pipe cleaners and hang it from your nipples.
go to your local planetarium and find out what it would cost to have them write out what you want to say in the stars then take her to see it.

This all depends on what she likes. If it is the thought that counts, cook her her favorite dish. Buy a little flower arragement (nothing expensive) and light a few candels. Tell her how much you enjoy the time you both have shared and how much you care for her. Eye contact and a smile are key. Massage her shoulders or hold her hand, and then ask her "Can we make 'us' official? Exclusive? You are the only one I want."
If you don't get a yes and action after that, something is wrong with that women. Just let your sweetness show through. Good luck darling. I am sure this will work.

Take her out to dinner and then a quite place - one that you two love to hang out at. Maybe the first time you have ever met?? Ask her there but make it romantic like under the stars or even at a candlelit dinner for two.

that is very sweet of you, though she feels that both of you are already technically a pair. Just treat her to a nice dinner (may not be posh restaurant) as long as the ambience is right to pop the question. And go for a nice leisure walk.

Buy some cool beads and some with letters to spell out "will you go out with me" and make a necklace! Put it in a jewlery box, and then put it in a HUGE BOX and fill that with news paper or those puffy packing things...and wrap it and send her on a scavanger hunt to find it....adn when she gets close have hershy kisses leading to it!
Or better yet
Send her on a scavenger hunt with YOU in a big box...and be waiting to ask her in person with flowers!

you should take her out for dinner buy her roses and in like one of the roses put a card saying will you be my girlfriend or like but her somethin and like write be my girlfriend in it somehow
