Here's the truth.

Grad schools are NOT going to look kindly on ANY online degree. (And the word is spelled "accept.")

What you should do is this: Finish your degree through a brick-and-mortar school with a "distance education" program. Many state universities have this option. Ohio state universities often do, Syracuse University does, and of course there are others.

An online degree from U of Phoenix or a similar institution will get you nowhere in academia.

Yes, you can still get into a grad school. You might want to do research first on the graduate school that you are interested in and call their graduate admissions department up and ask them. A bachelor's degree is a bachelor's degree. As long as you did the work to earn the degree, it doesn't matter what school you go to. Except for the scandalous people that buy their degrees online!!

Yes. My undergrad is from the brick and mortar University of Phoenix which is identical to their on-line version. My graduate degree is from Cal State-Dominguez Hills. As long as you have the grads and GMAT score, you can get into a B&M grad school with an on-line undergrad (I was also accepted to SCU. That was too expensive)

Professor X is dead 100% wrong. Typical snobish attitude of a career academic. (IMHO)

My husband heard that you can go wherever you'd like to get a grad degree...but that is also hearsay. I will keep tabs on this question so we can get some more info too!

On line degrees are worthless. Go to a real school.

~I would certainly except you if I was in admissions. You should be more interested in schools that are likely to accept you. It will save you a ton in application fees.
