Resistance to any thing new.People do want to do what they already knew.New technology becomes obsolete fast and funding becomes problem.it is difficult convince the advantages new technology and additional capital expenditure.Loss of fear of reudction jobs among employees.
The best communication to emploees is oral.Nothing can substitute it.You should have ability to communicate and convince.Do not argue ,it will backfire.Visual /audio communication,leaflets etc, can supplement oral communication.
