You have to hire another wild creature to serve the papers. I understand badgers work cheap.

There is no other way.

The problem with this scenario is the term wildlife. The wildlife act as written, makes the wildlife properties of two entities. The state owns the animals within its borders and the USA owns them all. Lets put it this way, they have jurisdiction over the wildlife.
The last bear attack in Alaska didn't even pay for burial expenses. The last cougar attack in California almost took the top of a woman's head off; the stare of California and the USA government never paid a dime towards her medical expenses.
Now, if it is a dog that belongs to an insured family, you take the case to court. There are few courts who side with pet owners. But in the case of wildlife, they are protected by state and federal laws.

The good thing about wildlife creatures - they can't testify against you. So why sue them if you can get back at them in so many better ways? Shoot them, call the RSPCA on them lol... Use your imagination.

The most you can do - and this is really a longshot - is sue your state's Department of Natural Resources.

Sadly, you can only sue natural persons. That excludes any non-human animals. The only non-person you can sue are corporations.
